Not quite a budget hotel judging by value

The reception was quite polite and even if it was at midnight the hotel offers staff to stand by. It was quite a quick one to check in compared to many other hotels and that was super pleasant especially after hours of flights and car travel to arrive.

The room was not too clean especially the bathroom and the table sided floor. It was also quite noisy at the corridor in the morning that your room service ladies were talking to each other loudly that I could not sleep.

Acceptable accommodation at an acceptable price

Close to Aljunied MRT and good food locations. Convenient and lowest cost option in otherwise expensive city. Great for overnight transit as it is on the East West Line for access to Changi/Jewel. Staff were able to accommodate a slightly extended checkout time.

Ok for short stay. Day manager was great and very helpful.

Reasonable hotel close to city but in need of renovation. Mould on ceilings and in bathroom. Very tiny room. Would have liked to see 81 Palace opposite, newly renovated.

Cheap place to stay for budget tourists

The staff was helpful when we requested an iron. I liked that the hotel was near the bus stop and a 24/7 laundry service. We also liked that the rooms we wanted were beside each other. We can also have room service almost every day except Sunday.

The housekeeping was not very clean. The bathrooms were not cleaned very well by housekeeping. The rooms also smelled like cigarette smoke even if we requested non-smoking rooms. The floor was not also cleaned well.

I put the tag to make up the room, and I came back after 5 hr,it was the same. Didn't provide water and coffee on the next day although I have two different booking each day.

Really not for stay with a family

I chose the hotel because it is relatively close to the airport, just a few metro stations away. I only spent a few hours in it during a short stopover between two flights. The room was very small but that is normal in this part of Singapore. The staff was nice and informative enough.

The hotel is located in the Geylang district, where I have already stayed several times in other hotels. But I never had the chance to convince myself that this is really the red light district. Girls roamed the streets, in restaurants repeatedly offered beer to guests, men stood in front of low terraces houses with colorful led decorations, chasers invited passers-by inside. I felt very strange on the street. It's not the hotel's fault, but I think it's good to know in advance.

First of all, I was worried that it would not be convenient because it was late at night when I arrived. However, the hotel staff gave me a warm welcome and explained everything warmly. That's why I felt comfortable and happy at the beginning of my trip.

I like the cleanliness of the room. And I like the cleaning service because it's perfect for me. And I like how easy and fast it is for me to use WiFi network in this hotel. Overall, everything was convenient for me. I like this hotel very much.

I feel like the price was too expensive for a low cost hotel. We were even asked to pay for an extra room and was not allowed to add 1 more guest wherein it is part of the terms that we can.

1 star for the Indian ladies staff 5star for the Chinese tall guy.

About the staff,just a Chinese tall guy maybe a super visor or manager are super friendly n nice that serve we like 5star hotel service. Allowed we check in early 3hours check in time. Other staff like 2 Indian ladies .... rude cant acceptable the attitude. About cleaning just normal still can accept,aircon very cool not same as many comments say that the aircon not cool or smellling

The 2 Indian ladies staff are rude at the counter,cant acceptable this kind of attitude that work morning shift n night shift.ya I know its cheap n was a budget hotel,but we still need to pay for the hotel. I'm not bargain or no paid for the room. Why can't be nice like the Chinese tall guy very friendly n nice.

The staff was nice and the aircon was working. The location is very close to different MRT stations

The cleaning could be improved, they bring every day some water, coffee and tea but they don’t take the dirty mugs for some strange reason. The toilet roof was a very mouldy, and it even break down when we were there but they didn’t fix the hole.
